The origin.

Kronenberger Media Group was founded by operators who got tired of watching agencies fail their friends.

Every founder who has ever scaled a DTC or peptide brand knows the pattern: you hire an agency, they assign a junior buyer who’s worked there for six months, they show you a dashboard once a week, your numbers stagnate, and you eventually fire them and try the next one. Two years and three agencies later, you’re either back in-house or you’ve quietly given up.

We built KMG because that pattern is unacceptable. Our team has personally scaled brands past eight figures. We know what works because we’ve done it — not because someone told us about it.

KMG operates on four principles, and we don’t compromise on any of them.

What we focus on.

We work primarily with peptide brands and DTC e-commerce operators between $50K and $5M monthly revenue. We chose these categories deliberately — they’re the ones where our team has the deepest expertise, the strongest manufacturer relationships, and the most relevant pattern library.

We will occasionally work outside these categories for specialist projects (web design, SEO, branding) but our full Build & Launch and Paid Social Scaling engagements are reserved for brands in our wheelhouse. This is the difference between an agency that does everything for everyone, and a practice that does specific things for specific operators.

How we differ.

Most agencies sell labor. We sell outcomes.

That phrasing matters. Labor agencies bill you for hours and hand off the work to whoever’s cheapest. Outcome agencies stake their reputation on whether your brand scales — and they structure their engagements accordingly. We turn down more accounts than we accept, because we won’t take on brands we can’t make a meaningful difference for.
