Can I combine multiple specialist services?
Yes. Many operators bundle web design with email/SMS, or branding with landing pages. We’ll structure a multi-service engagement with a combined timeline and discounted pricing on the strategy call.
Do you work with brands outside peptide and DTC?
For specialist services, yes — we take on consumer brands, supplements, beauty, apparel, and other categories. Our deepest expertise is in peptide and DTC, but our specialist team works across e-commerce broadly.
What’s the smallest project you’ll take?
A single conversion rate optimization audit is our smallest engagement — typically delivered in two weeks. Below that scope, you’re often better served by community resources or freelancers.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request. Our default operating mode is already strict confidentiality — we don’t post case studies with identifying information, name-drop clients, or share your numbers with anyone outside KMG.
Who owns the final deliverables?
You. All source files, design assets, code, and documentation transfer to you on final delivery. We don’t license our work or hold your assets hostage.
